Product Description
Sink-Float Separation Washing Tank
This sink-float separation washing tank sorts plastics and impurities by density difference in water. Light materials like PP/PE/EPS float on the water surface, while heavy contaminants including metal scraps and PET flakes sink to the tank bottom, enabling efficient separation of target plastic materials.
A conveying screw is installed at the tank bottom, and a valve is fitted on the discharge outlet. Users can connect hoses for water drainage and residue discharge, or attach a lifting screw to continuously lift sunken heavy impurities out of tank. All parts in contact with water are constructed of 3mm thick stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long service life.
A vertical lifting dewatering machine (850-1200 rpm) can be optionally mounted at the tank tail. Floating plastic materials are rinsed thoroughly in the tank, then delivered to the dewatering unit for moisture removal before transferring to the next processing stage.
Standard tank lengths are available in 5m, 6m, 8m and 11m. Custom dimensions are also supported to match customers’ specific production line layouts and throughput demands.
