Product Description
High-speed Friction Washer
This friction washer is installed at an inclination angle of 20° to 30° relative to the ground. Equipped with a high-speed (720-1200 rpm) rotating shaft and paddles, the machine generates strong friction against plastic materials for intensive cleaning. Continuous water spray is supplied from the top to flush away dirt and contaminants, while conveying clean materials to the subsequent processing stage. The bearing housings feature superior sealing performance and stay completely isolated from water to extend service life.
We also supply heavy-duty horizontal friction washers, specially designed to rub off paper labels attached to plastic surfaces, delivering outstanding cleaning efficiency.
