Application material:

This plastic film crushing, washing ,drying recycling line is mainly used for process waste plastic material such as PELDPE LDPE PE (LLDPE) Post-consumer film like Packaging film,Stretch film,or even film from land fills ect, Mulch film, PE Agricultural film including greenhouse,mulching,tunnel and banana film, PE shopping bags,garbage bags, PP raffia bags,woven fabric,PP jumbo bag, PP non-woven film,bags and LDPE HDPE LLDPE related wastes from varies source.

Introduction:

PE PP film washing line could roughly divided to PP PE film plastic recycling lines and PP PE rigid plastics recycling lines.

To crushing washing recycling the used, dirty waste PP PE films/bags, protect the environment, Avoid white pollution. This recycling line is composed of crusher, cold & hot washing system, dewatering/squeezing drying, packing system, etc.

This PP PE waste plastic crushing, recycling and washing recycling machine line can easily wash and recycle waste PP PE films/bags. Waste and dirty PP PE films/bags can be processed step by step, by this recycling machine. It is special for washing PP PE films/bags. We can help to attach equipment at the end of the washing recycling line so that the completely dry flakes can be collected and packed directly after been washed.

 

Due to the soft material has a problem is very loose, and has much water content inside. Our company has carried out a lot of research in response to this series of problems. To this end, it has been found that the use of an extruder pelletizer after crushing and cleaning will have a better effect and a high energy utilization rate. The material can be directly used for pelletizing or other extrusion applications.
