Dewatering centrifugal dryer (Spinner)
also called dehydrator, mechanical dryer, spinner, centrifuge machine.For post-wash plastic drying in modern recycling facilities. Effective on shredded film, rigid regrind, and mixed plastic streams.
By utilizing a high-speed, open-flow rotor design, these units achieve a residual moisture content of <1–8%, with throughput reaching 2,000 kg/h. The modular screen basket and easy-access hatch simplify cleaning and maintenance, while the corrosion-resistant construction ensures long service life in demanding wet environments. This efficient centrifugal dewatering dryer obtains maximum moisture reduction from a plastic flake stream, together with electrical heating box it can reach high drying efficiency.
