Plastic Pelletizing Machine (Granulator) with Compactor

This 3-in-1 pelletizing system combines material pre-conditioning and energy-efficient extrusion, making it particularly suitable for high-volume film recycling operations. The integrated compactor significantly improves material flow characteristics while reducing thermal degradation risks common in conventional film recycling processes.

Main Structure & Components

• Compactor (Agglomerator)

Primary Function:

Receives loose plastic films/flakes and densifies material before extrusion.

Generates frictional heat to pre-plasticize materials.

Integrated Compactor, eliminates need for separate agglomeration step.

Key Components

Rotating Cutting Disc: Equipped with moving blades.

Stationary Blades: Fixed on chamber wall for counter-cutting action.

Heating System: Friction heating.

Temperature Sensors: Monitor and control pre-heating process.
